For any of our Hot or Cold Buffets Group Menus, you must have a minmum of 25 people. For any of our Family Style or Platter Group Menus you must have a minmum of 15 people. |

A $50 Deposit is required to hold a reservation and is non-refundable. The deposit will be deducted from the final bill. |

All prices include an 18% gratuity and 6% sales tax. Payment in full is due on the day of the function. |

Country Fare Restaurant encourages you to purchase your special cake through our in-house bakery. However, if you feel it is necessary to purchase your cake elsewhere, there will be a $1.00 per person charge to serve your cake. |

Children ages 0 - 3 are free for Cold Buffet, Hot Buffet and Family Style only. Children ages 4 - 12 are priced separately. |

Menu selection and room-set up is required a minimum of 14 days prior to the date of the scheduled function. |

The final number of guests is required 3 days prior to the date of the scheduled function. The bill will be based on this final number. |

In the event of a cancellation for any reason, a minimum of 24 hours is needed to avoid being billed for the entire function. The $50 deposit is non-refundable. |

Person(s) scheduling the function shall be held liable for stolen or damaged furnishings, equipment or to the building itself. Charges will be based on actual replacement costs. The use of any type of confetti and tacks or tape is strictly prohibited. A cleaning fee of $50 will be charged if the room is left in unnecessary disarray due to decorations ro guests. |
